The HeatZero 10000 brings a semi-solid cell with 25W at an approachable price

A power bank's safety depends partly on its cell. The HeatZero 10000 uses a gel-like "semi-solid" cell that keeps liquid electrolyte under 10%.

The maker says the design is durable enough that it resists fire even under harsh conditions such as hard impacts and nail penetration. It also supports Qi2.2 25W.

As an IT consultant (SE), I read the footnote before the headline number. On safety, I keep to describing what the maker says.

How I judged it

First, price. Rakuten shows JPY 8,800, or JPY 880 per 1,000mAh. That is below the Anker Nano's JPY 1,199 and the Belkin UltraCharge Pro's JPY 1,158.

Next, lifespan. In the maker's test of 100 units over 138 days, the bank kept over 80% of its initial capacity after 1,000 charge cycles.

If you can't decide, take the HeatZero 10000. The reason: for JPY 8,800 you get 25W, a semi-solid cell, a detachable cable and a stand.

How does it differ from the Anker Nano (MagGo, Plus)?

Manufacturer figures as of Oct 26, 2026, with my subtraction and division. −27% = 3,190 ÷ 11,990, +16% = 35 ÷ 215.

The HeatZero is cheap and 25W, the Nano is thin and light. The decision is whether the 6mm of thickness and 35g of weight are worth JPY 3,190.

To carry in a pocket, take the Nano. For fast charging from a desk or bag, the HeatZero.

Strengths and things to note

Strengths

Cheap yet full-featured. For JPY 8,800: Qi2.2 25W, 35W over USB-C, a semi-solid cell, a detachable cable and a stand.

A lifespan figure is given. The maker shows a test result of over 80% capacity after 1,000 cycles.

Things to note

At 250g and 21mm thick, it is bigger and heavier than slim models. Wireless plus wired use drops to 15W total. Take safety performance as the maker's description, and follow the safety notes when you use it.

Who is it for?

People who want 25W speed for under JPY 10,000. People who want to prop it on the stand and charge while watching video at a desk. It also suits anyone who does not want to carry a separate cable.

If thinness comes first, the 15mm Anker Nano is another way to choose.

Price and where to buy

Rakuten shops such as Joshin list JPY 8,800. Over a year, that is about JPY 24 a day (8,800 ÷ 365).

If you can't decide, take the HeatZero 10000. The reason: for JPY 8,800 you get 25W, a semi-solid cell, a detachable cable and a stand.
